PolyWin is a non-custodial platform. We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your private keys or wallet seed phrases
• Your wallet balances or transaction history (except public blockchain data)
• Personal identification documents or KYC data

2. Information We Do Collect

We may collect the following non-personal information for analytics and platform improvement:

• Anonymous page view and interaction analytics
• Public blockchain wallet addresses (only when voluntarily connected)
• Browser type, device type, and IP address (for security and performance)

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use minimal cookies for essential functionality such as remembering your risk disclaimer acceptance and UI preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

PolyWin integrates with third-party services including Polygon Market APIs, WalletConnect, and blockchain RPC providers. These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies separately.

5. Data Security

While we do not store sensitive user data, we implement industry-standard security practices for our infrastructure. All API communications use HTTPS encryption.
